1. Business information

Rootwave Technologies, Registered Business No. BN-RRSKAOVZ, provides web development, e-commerce, automation, digital branding, technical consultation, maintenance and related digital services. Business address: Floor 1, Room 5, Zein, Biashara, Kitui, Mutomo District, P.O. Box 33, 90200.

2. Proposals and scope

Services are governed by the accepted proposal, quotation, invoice or written agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate, timeline and payment.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate instructions, timely feedback, lawful content, required access and approvals. Delays in these items may extend delivery dates.

4. Pricing and payment

Website prices are starting points in USD. Final prices depend on confirmed scope. Third-party charges such as domains, hosting, premium software, advertising, transaction fees and platform subscriptions are excluded unless stated. Work may pause when an agreed payment is overdue.

5. Revisions

Each package includes the stated number of revision rounds. A revision modifies work within the approved direction; a new direction, added feature or changed brief may be treated as additional work.

6. Intellectual property

After full payment, the client receives rights to agreed final deliverables, excluding third-party assets, licensed software, reusable tools, pre-existing materials and open-source components. Rootwave may retain internal working files unless the agreement states otherwise.

7. Acceptable projects

We may decline or terminate work involving unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, deception, abuse, security threats or content that violates applicable platform rules.

8. Warranties and liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, approvals or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

9. Suspension and termination

Either party may terminate according to the accepted proposal. Amounts due for completed work, committed resources and non-refundable third-party costs remain payable.

10. Disputes and governing rules

Parties should first attempt good-faith written resolution. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Rootwave Technologies is registered, unless a written project agreement states otherwise.
